Method A:  You are supplying artwork
If we are printing your exhibition stands, banner stands or pop up stands and you have artwork to transfer to us, please click here and follow the simple instructions. We prefer artwork supplied as a high resolution PDF with all transparencies flattened and fonts embedded. We can also work with most DTP packages including:-   Quark Xpress, Adobe Indesign,  Illustrator,  Photoshop & Freehand

Not all colours are achievable from full colour printing in Cyan, Magenta, yellow, black, light cyan and light magenta.  Pantone colours can be achieved from the 6 colour mix as near as possible but will never be an exact match. If you are not sure please call us to discuss. We have never yet not been able to satisfy a client on colour. IF  COLOUR IS CRITICAL PLEASE SEND A COLOUR PROOF ALONG WITH ANY SAMPLE COLOUR SWATCHES YOU REQUIRE AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MATCH. Our large format printing machines are regularly calibrated and ICC profile used to match colours on the type of medium printed on . A colour proof an be provided if required. If not required we can only try our best to print what is supplied in the artwork supplied by you to our standard profile which is accurate anyway. Photo and graphic s should be supplied at a min of 300dpi at one quarter  size (this approximates to 32megs per square metre).

Method B: If you have pictures, logo, texts, backgrounds, etc., and want us to professionally produce the design and artwork for you.
You send us all these components that you will want printing onto your banner stand or exhibition popup stand: we will call you and discuss with you on the phone so we know what you are looking for. We will then produce a design for you and once approved the finished artwork. We will proof by pdf and a hard copy can be supplied if necessary. Price is £31 per half hour typical costs are banner stand £95 and pop up stand £195

Method C: Complete professional Design and artwork production from a brief.
We will discuss over the phone with you and develop a brief. Even if you have no idea we will talk you through the process and make it simple for you, or send in a full design brief. then - give us any headlines detailed text you wish to go on the exhibition stand. After brain storming, we will submit a  design, suggest any images to be used develop a concept, design and produce a visual in a pdf proof format for your approval. Once approved we will move on to producing the finished piece of art work Cost £68 per hour
